FAQ

What is One Million Goal?

One Million Goal is my personal journey to financial and creative freedom as a solopreneur. It's not just about chasing numbers—it's about proving to myself (and maybe inspiring others) that it's possible to turn ideas into reality and build something meaningful from scratch.

The challenge is simple (but far from easy):

  1. Generate €1 million in total revenue from my projects.
  2. Reach €1 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  3. Achieve the ultimate milestone: €1 million in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

Each step represents a new level of growth, complexity, and creativity. Along the way, I'm sharing the wins, the setbacks, and the lessons I learn, so others can see what it really takes to build a life on your own terms.

What are the rules?

To keep this challenge focused and authentic, I've set a few ground rules for myself:

  1. Start Small, Think Big: No massive budgets, no teams of experts—just me and the resources I have. Each project starts as an idea and scales with effort and strategy.
  2. Start Small, Think Big: No massive budgets, no teams of experts—just me and the resources I have. Each project starts as an idea and scales with effort and strategy.
  3. Build It Myself: Every project is my own creation. I'll outsource when necessary, but the vision, execution, and growth are on me.
  4. Transparency is Key: I'll share the numbers, strategies, and stories behind every milestone—successes and failures alike. No fluff, just the real journey.
  5. Learn and Adapt: Not everything will work, and that's okay. The key is to stay flexible, learn from mistakes, and pivot when needed.
  6. Keep My 9-to-5 Job: I'll balance my full-time role while growing these projects, demonstrating what's achievable even with limited time.
  7. Start from Zero: All projects and revenue data will start from scratch. My previous micro exits and past achievements won't count toward the goal.
  8. Have Fun: This isn't just a grind to hit a number—it's about loving the process, experimenting with ideas, and enjoying the ride.
